Our Story

We’re a whole animal butcher; offering ONLY pastured and free-range produce.

Most of our produce comes from small local farms with chemical free and regenerative farming practices. Some farms are Demeter Certified BioDynamic and Certified Organic, but many farms simply put these principles into action.

Topi Open Range – Pastured Chicken (Free-range)

Inglewood Organic Farms – Organic Free-range Chicken

We supplement this produce with some branded steaks and lamb; plus poultry at Christmas.
