Here’s some things to know about our pork and every leg of ham we sell:
PASTURE RAISED
Pastured pigs are born and raised outdoors for their entire lives. They have unrestricted daytime access and are kept in stocking densities that give them freedom to roam. It’s essentially #freerange but better.
Fact: less than 5% of all pork consumed in Australia is even free-range.
SMALL LOCAL FARMS
We can guarantee that! …because every leg has come from pork that we have prepared. We tag them as ours and send them to a local Sydney smokehouse, where they are cooked.

Fact: Only 30% of the bacon and ham sold in Australia is made from Australian Pork.
CHEMICAL FREE-FARMING
These farms have used no pesticides or fertilisers. The pork is free of hormones and antibiotic growth promoters. That means healthy soils, healthy animals and healthy food.
